On placing an order, you will receive a conformation in the email address you have provided.
In the event that you have provided incorrect details in the order or you fail to receive the email, please contact our customer service representatives for further assistance.
COSTS AND PAYMENT:
The price that you see in your order conformation page is inclusive of all applicable charges at our end. You will only be paying for the postage of the item to your address.

Our prices are inclusive of VAT.
We accept payments via all major credit cards and PayPal.
We strive to ensure that your purchase reaches you as soon as possible. Most of our products are shipped by Royal Mail to ensure timely delivery.
Standard delivery period is 1 -2 days.We make every effort to deliver goods within the above timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Discover Confectionery Limited shall not be under any liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Further, during major festive periods (Christmas, Easter),there may be a delay due to the additional demand for our products. In these circumstances we will do everything in our power to expedite the delivery of your goods.

We will deliver to the address provided in the order conformation page. We cannot accept responsibility for failure to deliver owing to wrong or incomplete information being given to us. Any associated costs incurred for redelivery will be payable by the customer.
We cannot assure the delivery of your products if such failure is the result of Acts of God (disasters and weather), armed threats, labour disputes, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telecommunications service. In such situations, we will wait until conditions are favourable for the delivery of your goods.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
We aim to deliver the highest standard of service to you and to everyone else who deals with us. If we fall below acceptable standards, or make mistakes, we want to know. We will do our best to put things right and to avoid similar problems in the future. If you are dissatisfied with any of the items you have ordered, please return the product within 5 working days citing reasons why you are unsatisfied. The return address is on the site. We will replace the faulty item with an identical product. Upon receiving the product, we will refund delivery costs if the product is faulty. If you return an item due a defect or damage, we will refund the cost incurred to you of returning the item. Please ensure you hold onto the receipt as proof to claim the refund. We cannot be held responsible if your item fails to reach us.
