Each individually foil-wrapped chocolate is made to a traditional 19th century recipe with Discover's 21st century tweak of no added sugar. A paste of ground Piedmont hazelnuts is simply blended with the cocoa that constitutes our already fine milk chocolate to provide it with an even smoother texture and a distinctive nutty flavour.
